Operations Associate (LATAM Remote, Buenos Aires Hybrid Preferred)

Location: Remote across Latin America; candidates in Buenos Aires who can work hybrid from the Vicente Lopez WeWork office are strongly preferred. US Eastern hours required.

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month total compensation, including base pay and a monthly performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build candidate lists for open roles using Sales Navigator and Juicebox.
• Write and send personalized outreach from the CEO’s LinkedIn account, manage replies, and route candidates to screening calls or Loom submissions.
• Maintain Ashby, schedule interviews and reference calls, follow up on interviewer feedback, and report weekly recruiting funnel metrics.
• Monitor Stripe for failed payments and overdue invoices, reconcile checks, and follow billing issues through resolution.
• Process upgrades, downgrades, and churn across Stripe, HubSpot, and internal tools while keeping customer records accurate.
• Handle Deel onboarding and offboarding, travel and dinner bookings, vendor administration, partner administration, and process documentation.

Requirements

• Full English fluency in written and spoken communication.
• Availability during US Eastern hours.
• Excellent writing, organization, ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with daily outreach volume, funnel metrics, feedback, and changing responsibilities.
• Experience using AI tools and interest in automating repetitive work.
• Ideally 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, recruiting coordinator, or operations associate at a SaaS or technology company selling into the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe, HubSpot, or Ashby.
• Experience at a SaaS or technology company serving US customers.

Hiring process
