Contracts Manager (Data Center Construction)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Milwaukee, WI; Tempe, AZ; Dallas, TX; Raleigh, NC; and Chicago, IL.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Administer tender processes across multiple contracts, from general contractors to professional consultant appointments.
• Manage bidder prequalification, tender issuance, queries, submissions, post-tender queries, and negotiations.
• Draft contracts and compile contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract administration, claims tracking, and contract change orders.
• Partner with construction project management and cost management teams.
• Advise clients and the commercial team on contract awards.

Requirements

• Strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
• Experience with Ariba or a similar tender management platform.
• Working knowledge of local and contract laws and corporate policies.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, judgment, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
