Sr. Director Product Management - Diagnostic Genomics

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for diagnostic genomic offerings.
• Lead lifecycle management of existing products and identify new market opportunities and product enhancements.
• Develop go-to-market plans with marketing, sales, and commercial teams, including positioning, pricing, messaging, and launch readiness.
• Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, legal, compliance, and executive teams to deliver compliant products.
• Engage clinicians, key opinion leaders, partners, and customers to shape product direction through market and clinical insights.
• Lead and mentor product managers and associates while fostering data-driven product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Genetics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, genomics, clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, laboratory-developed tests, or a related healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams from concept through commercialization.
• Experience defining product vision and driving innovation in regulated environments, including CLIA, CAP, or FDA requirements.
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, roadmapping, go-to-market execution, lifecycle management, financial management, and team development.

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or PhD.
