Associate Director, Product Management, Oncology Clinical Trial Matching (Oncology)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Sighirify.global product line, including current and future tissue-informed MRD products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence and define product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints.
• Oversee product performance, develop metrics, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Identify business opportunities, build business cases and financial models, and support strategic product initiatives.
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning activities.
• Coordinate launch plans, pricing, marketing collateral, stakeholder alignment, and regular roadmap communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical or life sciences, statistics, engineering, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience, including 5 or more years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
• Experience in oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of life sciences and familiarity with complex molecular testing laboratories and tumor tissue sequencing are preferred.
• Strong analytical, product development, project management, communication, organizational, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decisions, and communicate with senior leadership.
