What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and manage enterprise banking product roadmaps, capabilities, and adoption.
• Own and continuously prioritize the team backlog, taking features from ideation through production release.
• Partner with Technology, Lines of Business, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Fraud, and Architecture.
• Set product goals, monitor KPIs and customer outcomes, and drive regulatory compliance, process optimization, and revenue growth.
• Lead customer usability testing, concept validation, and co-creation studies to identify needs and solutions.
• When applicable, support SAFe practices, backlog refinement, user stories, defects, technical spikes, and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of related experience with demonstrated strategic development and program execution.
• Product management experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe development is preferred.
• Strong analytical, consultative communication, writing, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate IT concepts and capabilities while working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with business processes, customer needs, and complex product data.
