Content Solutions Specialist (AI/ML)

Location: New York, United States. Hybrid position with a minimum of four days per week in the office. Unrestricted US work authorization is required. The role may require overnight, swing, and weekend shifts.

Salary: USD 100,000–130,000 per year.

Global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, sports, and theme-park content.

What you will do

• Design, build, and support end-to-end DAM/MAM workflows covering ingest, metadata enrichment, QC, transcoding, versioning, packaging, delivery, and archival.
• Design and maintain API-based integrations across MAMs, encoders, delivery platforms, analytics systems, metadata stores, and client tools.
• Partner with Engineering on REST APIs, MCP integrations, webhooks, JSON/XML schemas, event-driven patterns, and authentication models.
• Build low-code and automation workflows using Java, Python, YAML, Qibb, Power Automate/Logic Apps, ETLworks, and AirTable.
• Develop ETL metadata architectures and support media, marketing, analytics, and content supply-chain platforms.
• Build AI/ML-enabled workflows and agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent tools to automate operational processes and improve self-service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack development experience using low-code platforms and Java, Python, or YAML for customization and integration.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational, product, support, or customer-facing roles within media or technology.
• At least 3 years of experience demonstrating technical, quantitative, or analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, presentation, troubleshooting, and escalation skills.
• Experience with media workflows, content supply chains, DAM/MAM systems, encoders, QC software, metadata, digital delivery, or post-production environments is valuable.
• Must have unrestricted US work authorization and be willing to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Orange Logic, Evertz Mediator, Frame.io, Telestream Vantage, AWS Elemental MediaConvert, Avid Media Composer, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, Aspera, Signiant, Baton, Quasar, or GrayMeta Iris.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools, Salesforce, Jira, AirTable, SmartSheets, ServiceNow, GitHub, and VS Code.
• Experience with closed-caption creation, editing, and conversion.
