Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote within Australia and New Zealand

What you will do

• Own product initiatives and turn established strategy and priorities into clear, actionable work.
• Lead initiatives from discovery and definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Use customer insight, data, and commercial context to make trade-offs and keep delivery moving.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on complex product work.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working through AI, automation, and agents.

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager experience in a SaaS, technology, or digital product business.
• Experience taking ambiguous initiatives through shipping, measurement, and improvement.
• Strong product judgement, customer empathy, and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and designers and make sound trade-offs independently.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative evidence to make product decisions.
• Practical fluency with AI as part of product thinking and day-to-day work.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI products, AI-enabled experiences, or agents.
