Specialized Crew Instructor II (Link 16)

Location: USA-NC-Fort Bragg AAF, 2449 Surveyor St; travel to CONUS and international sites is required, including worldwide deployment with mobile training teams.

What you will do

• Develop, deliver, revise, and maintain JID curriculum, courseware, student materials, and electronic classroom enhancements.
• Plan and administer courses, including schedules, field training, student briefings, handouts, and notifications.
• Coordinate with Combatant Commander staffs on exercise planning and preparation.
• Prepare or review OPTASK LINK messages and select, modify, or request Link 16 networks for JTO exercises.
• Analyze Multi-TDL architecture performance and implement changes based on observations.
• Evaluate and maintain configuration management for JICO automated tools and represent JID at interoperability working groups.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
• Secret Security Clearance and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance are required.
• Four years of Multi-TDL experience and training.
• Military instructor experience.
• Ability to deploy worldwide with mobile training teams and work under field conditions.
• An associate degree or one year of related experience may substitute for each year of required education.
