Radar Instructor (Radar): Planning and delivering operator and maintainer courses for sensor systems, while developing educational materials and supporting technical publications with an accent on radar operations, fault-finding, and customer-facing technical training. Focus on operating sensor systems, solving technical problems during training, analysing student feedback, and supporting demonstrations, trials, and exercises.
Location: UK-based, with work at the Fareham site and travel to Gothenburg, Sweden, customer locations globally, and other training events.

What you will do
- Plan and deliver operator and maintainer training courses for a variety of sensor systems.
- Develop, create, and maintain educational materials across the training product lifecycle.
- Operate and fault-find on customer sensor systems to enhance training delivery.
- Administer and report on training events, and collect and analyse student feedback.
- Provide subject matter expertise for system and software development and contribute to technical publications.
- Support demonstrations, trials, exercises, and other company market growth activities.
Requirements
- Experience with radar, communications, or sophisticated electronic systems.
- Teaching or instructional experience in a technical customer-facing environment, including problem-solving and leadership in high-pressure situations.
- Technical qualification at ONC/HNC level or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, critical-thinking, and workload-management skills.
- UK-based availability, willingness to travel within the UK and globally, and a full UK driving licence.
- UK or Swedish citizenship is required because the role involves military-secret tasks and materials; SC-level National Security Vetting clearance is required or must be obtainable.
