What you will do

• Identify learning and development needs with stakeholders and align solutions with business priorities.
• Design, develop, coordinate, and implement instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Manage learning programs from concept through deployment, including planning, communications, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate technical content from subject matter experts into effective learner-focused experiences.
• Measure program effectiveness through feedback, completion data, and business impact metrics.
• Coordinate with global teams and contribute to workforce capability and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, program management, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into learner-focused content and influence without authority.
• Experience with learning management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Experience supporting technical or engineering populations.
