Learning & Talent Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States

What you will do

• Coordinate and administer instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs, including scheduling, enrollment, communications, and learner support.
• Maintain learning content and resources in the learning management system.
• Create learning reports and analyze participation and completion data.
• Develop eLearning, presentations, job aids, microlearning, and other training materials.
• Support employee development, career development, and talent initiatives.
• Partner with HR team members and business leaders on learning and development projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Instructional Design, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
• Interest in learning, employee development, and talent management.
• Available for a 14-week, full-time onsite internship beginning May 17, 2027, working 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• Experience creating presentations, training materials, or other content.
• Familiarity with adult learning or instructional design principles.
• Experience with an LMS, Power BI, Canva, Articulate 360, or similar tools.
