Occupational Health Nurse

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; onsite five days a week. First shift is 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with some on-call availability for second-shift employees. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive nursing services for employee illnesses and injuries.
• Respond to and lead onsite medical emergencies as an autonomous nurse.
• Provide occupational injury case management and support return-to-work evaluations.
• Review medical documentation and assess leave, restrictions, and workplace accommodations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and HIPAA-compliant medical records and databases.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety activities, including injury investigations and safety walks.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Experience in occupational medicine or acute care.
• Strong clinical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with employees, providers, HR, EH&S, and medical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with online databases.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Fort Worth, Texas.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Environmental Health and Safety practices.
• Knowledge of occupational health and Human Resources.
