TL;DR
Principal Software Development Engineer, iOS (Swift/SwiftUI): Building world-class mobile applications and supporting client-side features, server APIs, and services for real estate experiences with an accent on scalable architecture, performance, and operability. Focus on leading iOS technology and framework decisions, profiling resource utilization, mentoring engineers, and delivering cross-functional features from concept to launch.
Location: Remote anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.

What you will do
- Lead the iOS technology stack and drive initiatives involving robust, scalable, operable, and affordable systems.
- Develop and launch mobile application features using current iOS technologies and architectural patterns.
- Implement client-side functionality, server APIs, and services supporting mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, designers, product managers, and program managers in an agile environment.
- Deliver performant, testable, scalable, and readable code using architecture and design best practices.
- Mentor engineers and drive cross-team design and framework decisions.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with 6+ years of overall experience.
- 7+ years of iOS experience with strong knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with Objective-C and experience profiling performance and resource utilization.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and making cross-team technology decisions.
- Experience with Agile development, cross-functional product collaboration, and delivering quality code on deadlines.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken; authorization to work in Mexico is required.
