iOS Intern

Location: Hybrid in New York City; relocation expense coverage to New York City or San Francisco may be available if needed.

Salary: $12,500 USD per month, plus a housing stipend.

What you will do

• Build and ship new features for the iOS application.
• Contribute to Ramp’s mobile codebase alongside experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to create new features and user experiences.
• Use customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Contribute to engineering tools and processes that help the team move quickly and scale.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.S. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, with graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Experience with Swift and/or iOS development through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of mobile development concepts.
• Experience building a mobile app, feature, or relevant project.
• Ability to turn product ideas into thoughtful engineering solutions.
• Willingness to learn quickly, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SwiftUI and mobile design patterns.
• Experience shipping an iOS app or feature to real users.
• Exposure to Swift Concurrency, The Composable Architecture, Bazel, OpenAPI, or Buildkite.
• Experience with web or backend development.
