What you will do
- Develop and enhance iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
- Apply system design, design patterns, API design, declarative UI, and mobile architecture practices.
- Drive engineering efficiency through new technologies and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Help identify skilled engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of iOS development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Knowledge of data structures, system design, design patterns, API design, MVP or MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
- At least two published iOS applications.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, plus knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Full-stack development background.
- Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, and similar technologies.
- AI tooling proficiency for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
