Logistics Systems Integration Lead

Location: Morton, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Required travel is less than 10% domestically and internationally. No relocation assistance is offered.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Implement end-to-end logistics solutions for the international transportation parts and components network.
• Establish transportation best practices for multimodal and multileg operations.
• Improve logistics processes and implement efficient, competitive solutions.
• Coordinate with transportation and operations functions to define parameters and plans for process control.
• Evaluate workflows, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder TMS, e2open GLO, data, reporting, and Nexus solutions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics management and the movement of materials and finished products.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Experience designing, prototyping, and configuring processes and solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and building consensus across functions.
• US work sponsorship is not available; the role requires onsite work in Morton, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blue Yonder TMS and e2open GLO.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, EDI/API, and Power BI.
• Six Sigma or Lean experience.
• Experience transporting goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and customers.
