Product Manager - Recommendation Department, AI & Data Division (AIDD)

What you will do

• Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the recommendation and personalization platform.
• Analyze data processing pipelines and algorithms to identify product opportunities connected to user needs and pain points.
• Roll out platform features across hirify.global business units and translate technical capabilities into business impact and revenue growth.
• Work with internal business units to define solutions and address UI/UX limitations affecting recommendation experiences.
• Define product specifications with engineering, data science, and design teams while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Plan resources and manage roadmap execution to maximize team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, computer science, information technology, or a business-related field.
• Strong motivation to develop product management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with products using machine learning or deep learning.
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
• Experience in web tracking and data analytics.
• Strong presentation, product storytelling, and negotiation skills.
