Regional Product Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Develop regional growth strategies and promotional initiatives with sales teams to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and risk and opportunity assessments using reporting and analytical tools.
• Execute key account plans and support Customer Experience Index targets.
• Drive operational efficiency and supply planning for Dispense Pump manufacturing while improving margins, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.
• Align Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve risks and accelerate execution.
• Coordinate product improvement needs and oversee change management through established systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.
• Strong business acumen, decision-making, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze industry trends and connect market insights with business objectives.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or product marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in product management or a related function.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments or with multinational companies.
