[IT] Manager, Supply Chain Technology & Site Leader – J&J Vision Japan & APAC (MedTech)

Location: Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. The preferred location is Tokyo, Japan, and up to 20% business travel may be required.

What you will do

• Drive supply chain technology product strategy and execution for J&J Vision Japan and APAC.
• Align regional business and IT strategies, prioritize demand, and define functional and regional OKRs.
• Partner with APAC and Japan Deliver leaders on technology, data, process, and supply chain expertise.
• Translate business strategies and customer needs into flexible, scalable technology solutions.
• Unite multiple products into cohesive end-to-end digital strategies using technology, data, process improvement, and automation.
• Measure business value, product performance, technical performance, user metrics, maturity, and revenue or market growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading supply chain or technical IT teams, preferably in cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience driving regional business strategy and process harmonization at enterprise, segment, or franchise level.
• At least 2 years of supply chain domain experience in global medical device businesses.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English are required.
• Leadership, collaboration, team-building, influencing, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Experience with product strategy, performance measurement, project management, resource management, and strategic supply chain management.
