HR Operations Coordinator (Retail)

Location: Tyler, TX #0262, United States; onsite retail club position

Salary: Starting from $20.75 per hour

What you will do

• Support club hiring activities, schedule second interviews, process new-hire paperwork, and conduct team member orientations.
• Coordinate and track onboarding, safety, cashier, and other required training.
• Manage comprehensive schedules for hourly team members and complete weekly club payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain personnel, medical, payroll, performance management, disciplinary, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment records.
• Administer benefits orientations and support annual benefits open enrollment communications.
• Answer team member questions, handle non-complex employee relations matters, maintain HR communications and compliance postings, and escalate issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email, is required.
• Prior human resources, administrative, or clerical experience is preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the role.
• Ability to work onsite in the Tyler, Texas club and perform duties involving standing, walking, computer work, and occasional lifting.
