Immunology U.S. Medical Affairs Strategy & Execution Intern (AI): Supporting U.S. immunology medical affairs through clinical program management, evidence generation planning, metrics, dashboards, and strategic projects with an accent on clinical research coordination and analytical reporting. Focus on coordinating cross-functional workgroups, maintaining data-driven materials, and presenting key contributions to senior leadership.

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States. Applicants must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with U.S. Immunology Medical Affairs workgroups under the direction of a Strategy & Execution Lead.
  • Support clinical program management for ongoing and new research activities, including company-sponsored trials and interval safety reports.
  • Assist with integrated evidence generation planning, business planning, and other strategic immunology projects.
  • Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, tables, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Research & Development, and Commercial functions.
  • Deliver an end-of-summer presentation to senior leadership highlighting project work and contributions.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a science-related bachelor’s or graduate program, including biochemistry, biology, chemistry, health science, health policy, public health, business, PharmD, PhD, or MPH studies.
  • Completed two or three years of college coursework.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced table and graph creation, as well as approved AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Technical competency with SharePoint and other information technology systems.
  • Experience with PubMed and other literature databases.
  • Academic or industry clinical trial experience.
  • Participation in campus or community service activities.
