Location: Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas; up to 70% travel within the territory and for internal meetings and congresses

What you will do
- Develop and implement a territory scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy and approved medical assets.
- Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals, academic and community opinion leaders, and key opinion leaders in neuroscience.
- Conduct objective, non-promotional scientific exchanges and present clinical data tailored to healthcare professional needs.
- Collect, synthesize, and apply clinical, scientific, competitive, and territory insights to inform medical strategy.
- Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated studies, including investigator coordination and research-process connections.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical Operations, U.S. and global teams, and other internal partners in a matrixed environment.
Requirements
- Doctorate-level degree or equivalent experience, such as PharmD, PhD, MD, or an advanced practice provider qualification.
- Postgraduate experience for doctoral-level candidates, with scientific, therapeutic, research, or healthcare-system knowledge.
- Strong capabilities in data gathering and analysis, clinical expertise, problem solving, interpersonal influence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Ability to support the territory with up to 70% travel required.
- Ability to work in accordance with healthcare compliance guidelines, Medical Affairs procedures, and corporate ethical standards.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an MSL role.
- 2+ years of therapeutic-area experience.
- Residency or fellowship experience.
- Board certification for clinical-degree holders.
- Experience exploring and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
