Data & Analytics Product Owner (Power BI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of business intelligence solutions for Quality Metric reporting and business growth.
• Own the reporting roadmap, prioritization, requirements, user stories, and development backlog.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics Sales Hub and Business Central data.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, security, access control, and governance.
• Support end users with report functionality, data interpretation, and adoption of analytics tools.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and identify opportunities to improve and scale reporting capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, information systems, computer science, a scientific discipline, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or systems-focused roles, including enterprise Power BI development.
• Experience gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and supporting testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Sales Hub, Business Central, enterprise workflows, business rules, and data relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
