Clinical Pharmacist (AI)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; flex employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually. Compensation varies according to skills, education, knowledge, experience, and location; the role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Administer, develop, and manage pharmacy care programs, including formulary, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and medication therapy management.
• Support client needs and innovative clinical programs while improving operational efficiency and financial impact through data-driven initiatives.
• Apply AI, machine learning, and automation tools to advanced pharmacy practices and pharmacy system optimization.
• Construct clinical decision support rules and generate actionable insights to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
• Assist with predictive models that forecast medication trends, identify risks, and support value-based care.
• Communicate findings to leadership and cross-functional teams while supporting population health and targeted medication initiatives.

Requirements

• Clinical pharmacy expertise across formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, or medication therapy management.
• Experience using data-driven analysis to improve healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, or costs.
• Ability to work with clinical decision support, automation, predictive modeling, AI, or machine learning initiatives.
• Ability to work in the Richardson, Texas office at least three days per week under the flex arrangement.
