Location: Remote, Florida

Salary: $188,900–$359,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and oversee pharmacy benefit management programs across multiple product lines and regional environments.
• Provide enterprise leadership for Pharmacy & Therapeutics governance, formulary strategy, clinical policy, and drug pipeline management.
• Lead pharmacy trend management, high-cost therapy strategies, medical rebate strategy, negotiations, and manufacturer relationships.
• Partner with Pharmacy, Product, Actuary, Medical Affairs, Compliance, PHCO, and Market teams on enterprise pharmacy strategies.
• Evaluate program performance and recommend changes that improve cost and quality.
• Oversee vendors, accreditation initiatives, committees, regulatory readiness, and pharmacy AOP and PMPM goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years of clinical pharmacy care and experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical care and pharmacy benefit management practices.
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring contractual and compliance standards.
