Clinical Pharmacist Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and operationalize formularies, utilization management edits, and clinical coverage policies for pharmacy and medically administered drug products.
• Monitor the drug development pipeline and medical literature to provide clinical support to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze drug utilization trends, drug spend, and approval scenarios to inform formulary strategy and cost-trend management.
• Collaborate on research projects and develop research proposals.
• Prepare corporate communications for senior leadership and advise executives on functional strategies.
• Make independent decisions on complex issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Active pharmacist license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
• Track record of facilitating and consulting across teams and managing projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across staff and management levels.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• PharmD.
• Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Project.
