IT Product Owner I

Location: Tyson Emma, Springdale, Arkansas, United States. Onsite, first shift. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.

hirify.global is a food manufacturing company offering a full-time IT product management position.

What you will do

• Gather and prioritize requirements with customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with product roadmaps, feature definitions, release timelines, and backlog prioritization.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, feature specifications, and release notes.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, UAT, and feature validation.
• Track KPIs and product performance, gather feedback, and support continuous product improvement.
• Support customer-facing teams with product inquiries, issue resolution, training, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; computer science, computer engineering, or information systems preferred.
• Less than one year of relevant or practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile Product and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, adapt to change, and present information to teams and management.
• Must work at the Springdale, Arkansas location; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
