A400M MRO Aircraft Manager

hirify.global develops and supports aerospace and defence systems, including the A400M aircraft programme.

What you will do

• Coordinate preparation activities for A400M maintenance, retrofit, and working-party operations.
• Set up activities, prepare cost offers, track actions, and ensure material, ground support equipment, and local logistics are available.
• Define resource requirements, plan interventions, and confirm resource availability.
• Lead local maintenance teams and control work execution in TCQ.
• Manage working-party workload, technically subcontracted activities, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Interface with customers and internal organizations on execution status.

Requirements

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced English.
• Strong experience in aircraft maintenance and project or programme management.
• Knowledge of Lean and process-improvement methods.
• Manufacturing engineering knowledge, leadership skills, and strong communication skills.
• Availability to travel.

Nice to have

• EMAR Part-66 C Licence with A400M habilitation.
• MDS knowledge.
