A400M MRO-Retrofit Planning and Production Control (Temp Agency)

What you will do

• Prepare retrofit events in Getafe and participate in multifunctional teams supporting aircraft delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
• Manage the end-to-end consumable and material flow, including missing-parts analysis, critical-path escalation, quotations, availability checks, and safety-stock updates.
• Provide shopfloor planning charts, inflow and findings updates, work-preparation support, and task sequencing for production and quality teams.
• Define and maintain retrofit KPIs, dashboards, production assessments, and decision-support reports.
• Generate planning simulations, follow program milestones, and update the tactical retrofit plan and management platform.
• Analyze capacity, track headcount targets and movements, and support production in resolving issues within the cost perimeter.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Mandatory English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of retrofit and services processes across functions such as finance, program HR, procurement, and operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and structured-working skills.
• Experience with IT tools such as SAP and Pelícano is an asset.
