hirify.global develops and produces aerospace and helicopter solutions through international engineering and manufacturing programs.

What you will do

• Support avionics system architects, system integrators, vehicle system design specialists, and helicopter support engineers with day-to-day activities.
• Contribute to processes, quality checks, and technical documentation.
• Learn the complete helicopter development lifecycle, from initial design through support of the existing fleet.
• Work across hirify.global Helicopters' existing helicopter portfolio.
• Combine an 11-month internship with a master's program developed with Camilo José Cela University.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student with an engineering degree in aeronautics, telecommunications, industrial engineering, or electronics.
• English at negotiation level is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in complex international environments.
• Willingness to learn and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Hiring process

• The selection process takes place from May 2026 through September 2026.
• The program starts on October 1, 2026, and runs until September 30, 2027, with August excluded from the internship period.
