Senior Contracts Manager (Social Infrastructure)

Location: Social Infrastructure, Dartford, UK; willingness to travel between sites is required

What you will do

• Deliver large-scale planned works and refurbishment projects within the property services sector.
• Manage multiple contracts, sites, operational teams, and delivery priorities simultaneously.
• Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, and supply chain relationships.
• Use performance data and reporting systems to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring safe project delivery.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience working for a refurbishment main contractor.
• Significant experience managing multiple contracts, sites, and operational teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and data interrogation ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking or reporting systems.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance, or property services.
• Experience delivering refurbishment programmes for local authorities or housing associations.
• Relevant construction qualifications or professional memberships.
