What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks under the supervision of a lead technician, maintenance supervisor, or maintenance manager.
• Inspect vehicle systems and identify potential equipment issues and malfunction sources using a variety of tools.
• Complete oil changes, fluid replenishment, preventive maintenance inspections, adjustments, tire changes, light repairs, and basic electrical work.
• Follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common equipment faults.
• Complete applicable company training programs and other assigned maintenance duties.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program and ASE T8 PM certification are beneficial but not required.
