Senior Development Engineer (Palantir Foundry)

Location: Tyson Emma, Springdale, Arkansas, United States; 1st shift. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Design, code, debug, test, and maintain software applications and existing codebases.
• Develop data-driven solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and business processes.
• Build and improve data pipelines or applications using Palantir Foundry and related development tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, customers, and end users to define requirements and deliver features.
• Lead complex development tasks, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and participate in project planning.
• Document software logic, testing, changes, and corrections while ensuring security, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, a quantitative field, or engineering, or significant relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or supply chain management, including demand planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling, or S&OP.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages or software tools, with experience in data engineering.
• Knowledge of design patterns, infrastructure as code, version control, DevOps, CI/CD, technical writing, diagramming, and technical or business analysis.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, solve complex problems, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Must be able and willing to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Ontology, Code Repositories, Workshop, or data pipeline development.
• Experience building data-driven applications or working with Python, C++, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
