End-to-End Application Developer (Palantir Developer)

Location: Red Cat Corporate, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. The position involves access to ITAR/EAR-controlled technology and requires candidates to be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents who do not require sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design applications that automate and streamline business processes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, IT, and finance to translate technical and user requirements into solutions.
• Develop data models, ontologies, and pipelines in Palantir Foundry.
• Build and maintain responsive applications and dashboards integrated with the Foundry ontology.
• Document application architecture, front-end code, user guides, and training materials.
• Complete Palantir training, follow Foundry and front-end technology developments, and share knowledge internally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience with production applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, data integration, and consuming data feeds.
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language, with Python preferred, for data manipulation or backend coordination.
• Ability to translate manufacturing or operations workflows into intuitive solutions and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and must not require sponsorship for export-controlled work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry workflows, pipelines, ontology modeling, and front-end development.
• Experience with manufacturing operations metrics such as OEE, downtime, throughput, and yield.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, role-based access controls, and enterprise data architecture.
