Development Engineer II (JavaScript)

Location: Tyson Emma, Springdale, Arkansas, United States. Onsite, 1st shift. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Design, code, debug, test, and maintain software applications and automation solutions.
• Develop medium-to-high complexity features by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and user requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, stakeholders, customers, and end users to define and deliver features.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, review code, and improve existing codebases.
• Write technical documentation, estimate project timelines, manage assigned tasks, and support timely delivery.
• Apply security, data protection, compliance, continuous improvement, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, a quantitative or engineering field, or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant or practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages or software tools, including JavaScript, Node.js, or React.
• Proficiency in at least one frontend or backend framework, with experience in data engineering, version control, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Experience or interest in building AI-powered applications and agentic systems, including full-stack solutions integrating LLMs, APIs, and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Must be able to work onsite in Springdale, Arkansas, United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
