Procurement Program Manager (Electronics)

Location: Georgetown, TX; the role is based out of the Secaucus, NJ office and is onsite.

Salary: $82,500–$110,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Manage procurement of server PCBAs, electronic components, and related materials from qualified suppliers.
• Issue and manage purchase orders covering pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and commercial terms.
• Convert MRP/ERP demand into timely purchase orders while maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimizing excess materials.
• Monitor supplier commitments, identify long-lead-time and allocation risks, and resolve shortages, delays, quality issues, and delivery problems.
• Coordinate with Material Planning, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality on production requirements, engineering changes, BOM updates, and part substitutions.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, performance reviews, purchasing analysis, and procurement policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in electronics, PCBA, servers, networking equipment, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of PCBAs, electronic components, BOMs, and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and production requirements simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
