Sr. Product Manager, Core Experience (Gaming)

Location: United States, San Mateo, CA; hybrid work model with remote work, in-office collaboration, and occasional onsite attendance for team-building activities, collaborative sessions, and workshops.

Base pay range: $168,900–$253,300 USD annually, with eligibility for a bonus package.

What you will do

• Lead user experience initiatives for core hirify.global platform features, products, and services.
• Define requirements, maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align plans with global business objectives.
• Establish product metrics, measure outcomes, and use customer feedback, research, and data to refine future requirements.
• Partner with design, engineering, program management, business stakeholders, vendors, and development partners to deliver products on schedule.
• Develop the strategic vision for platform features and communicate customer, business, and competitive insights.
• Track industry trends, player behavior, and emerging technologies to improve product strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building and shipping technical consumer products and managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional communication and decision-making skills across product, design, engineering, and business functions.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development environment, including testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to make critical product decisions with senior leadership and drive outcomes through ambiguity and obstacles.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when safely able to do so, up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian software, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience shipping at least three consumer electronics products or features.
• Experience in the gaming industry and working with international teams.
• Familiarity with telework meeting tools.
