Senior Product Manager, 3P Ecosystems (Automotive Infotainment)

Location: Hybrid; attendance at the Warren, Michigan or Mountain View, California office at least three times per week. This role is limited to candidates authorized to work in the United States and does not provide immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $106,600–$192,700 per year, plus potential incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own custom GM third-party app experiences from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Define product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for in-vehicle entertainment, streaming audio, video, and productivity applications.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, PMO, business development, and external partner teams to deliver high-quality launches.
• Shape app experiences around vehicle hardware, software, and contextual capabilities.
• Use engagement data, customer research, competitive analysis, and product judgment to evaluate performance and prioritize improvements.
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations while influencing partner and adjacent-team decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering digital or software-enabled products.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners, platforms, or ecosystem-oriented products.
• Ability to define product direction, make decisions under complex constraints, and balance execution with long-term roadmap planning.
• Strong written communication skills, including product narratives, requirements, and partner-facing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; United States work authorization is required, and immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, infotainment, Android-based platforms, or connected devices.
• Experience leading major consumer-facing product launches.
• Experience with third-party app distribution, certification, release management, or launch processes.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
