Data Solutions Developer - Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or fully remote from the listed U.S. states. Travel outside the workplace may be required. No relocation or visa sponsorship/transfer is available.

Pay range: $33.05–$49.60 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze, develop, improve, and support data platform solutions for business needs.
• Translate business requirements into validated data solutions and analyze data from raw sources through implementation.
• Support ETL/ELT solution design, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and administration.
• Manage small projects and requests while supporting medium and large projects with standard methodologies.
• Design and document metrics with operations teams and provide complete technical documentation.
• Train users, support platform changes and upgrades, and advance EHR, ERP, and data capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge.
• No experience is required with a degree; equivalent enterprise applications, data/BI tools, or database query/report-writing experience is required without a degree.
• Understanding or proficiency in database querying, query design, data visualization, and data or ETL/ELT tools.
• Understanding of software or data development lifecycles, process design, change management, and healthcare workflows.
• Analytical thinking, communication, creativity, teamwork, customer service, and willingness to learn healthcare systems.
• Epic Cogito certification may be required for Epic-focused work and must be maintained according to vendor or department requirements.
