Client Engineer I (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Seattle, Washington or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hybrid schedule with at least 2 days in the office per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $80,168–$109,020 for Washington residents; $59,200–$94,800 for Wisconsin residents.

What you will do

• Support technical components of client implementations, including data ingestion, validation, and configuration.
• Contribute to and maintain the client codebase using SQL and Python.
• Evaluate data quality, document findings, and report on business impact.
• Help build and maintain dimensional models for analytics use cases.
• Follow testing, review, documentation, release, and data governance standards.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly and communicate findings through internal and client-facing documentation.

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of experience as a healthcare analyst, data engineer, or similar professional.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and familiarity with dimensional modeling.
• Academic or professional experience with Git, source control, and collaborative development.
• Interest in healthcare data and a consulting mindset focused on structured problem solving.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
