Physician Assistant

Location: Thief River Falls, Minnesota, United States; onsite health center. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with no weekends.

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide primary care and light occupational health services to client employees and their dependents.
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive health measures according to clinical guidelines and approved agreements.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound care, infection management, and other clinical procedures.
• Develop patient care plans, educate patients, document progress, and maintain continuity of care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe or recommend treatments, and refer patients when needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements

• At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department settings.
• Current NCCPA national certification and a degree from an ARC-PA-accredited program.
• Current state licenses and certifications required to practice, including a Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License where applicable.
• Federal DEA license matching each state of practice, where applicable.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on the contract scope of services.
