Nurse Practitioner - Haines City, FL

Location: Haines City, Florida, United States; onsite role

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care while practicing at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits.
• Manage a smaller patient panel with appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
• Work autonomously and focus on patient health outcomes rather than production volume or fee-for-service billing.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing authority.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Work is based in Haines City, Florida.
