Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: USA-CA-Balboa–Solar; onsite five days a week

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year

What you will do

• Manage purchased-material requirements, planning data, MRP activities, order releases, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Coordinate with buyers, sourcing specialists, production schedulers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and change-control teams.
• Track supplier commitments and deliveries, investigate schedule delays, revise material dates, and communicate updated schedules.
• Maintain accurate BAAN ERP data, including part setup, dates, lot sizes, and purchased-part implementation details.
• Support drop-ship logistics, NPI supplier scheduling, demand simulations, and purchased-part revision changes.
• Contribute to cost reduction, inventory reduction, lead-time reduction, lean manufacturing, and 6-Sigma projects, including leading projects at a senior level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
• Strong scheduling, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, manufacturing operations, and demand/supply chain processes.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Must be available to work onsite five days a week in Balboa, California; visa sponsorship is not available.
