What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product features.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, QA professionals, and business stakeholders to improve functionality and usability.
- Promote Agile practices, monitor product KPIs, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities to leadership.
- Coordinate end-user training and product implementation while managing multiple competing priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, plus at least three years of IT experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, the software development lifecycle, and product requirements analysis.
- Experience collaborating with development, UX/UI, QA, and business teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licensure and a valid driver’s license.
Nice to have
- CSPO, PSPO, or a similar Product Owner certification.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software development principles, and cloud technologies.
- Gaming and hospitality technology experience with CMS, POS, PMS, or ERP systems.
