Product Owner, Collision (AI & Agentic Innovation)

Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA, USA, with 2–3 days in the office; candidates must live within commuting distance.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, breaking roadmap initiatives into clear, releasable features.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, behavioral criteria, and success metrics for AI-agent outputs.
• Translate business goals into agentic workflows with the innovation group.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and keep Scrum teams aligned, unblocked, and accountable.
• Gather customer, user, and dealer feedback and partner with UX and technical leads on product solutions.
• Drive launch readiness, release notes, and post-launch tracking against success criteria.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience at a software company, working directly with key customers.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, maintain accountability, and build trust with senior leaders through data and clear reasoning.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work effectively in ambiguous situations without step-by-step direction.
• Excellent communication skills for different audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
