Sup Configuration Services

Location: Tempe, Arizona; on-site at the San Diego Headquarters or another company location, with remote work possible only with management approval. Domestic travel of up to 25% is required.

Salary: $75,182–$131,569 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise Configuration Specialists and Analysts developing, implementing, and maintaining client-specific benefit designs.
• Lead daily configuration operations, benefit change requests, quality standards, service delivery, and deadline management.
• Build client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and coordinate with client-facing and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Configuration Services on projects, client meetings, workgroups, and committees.
• Identify process improvements and help define enhancements to POS logic, automated benefits processes, and Salesforce.
• Support training programs, presentations, requests for proposals, and best-and-final presentations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience, or an approved equivalent pathway.
• Experience with MedAccess or a similar database system.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle-based platforms, and Golden 32; ability to run SQL queries and scripts is helpful.
• Knowledge of POS claims adjudication, pharmacy benefit design, formulary maintenance, and the impact of system changes on client and member applications.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
