Location: Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, United States; onsite service delivery at assigned military installations

Salary: $58,440–$93,500 per year

What you will do

• Provide one-on-one personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families.
• Help service members establish spending plans for extended absences and deployments.
• Develop financial education materials and deliver classes, workshops, briefings, and age-appropriate seminars.
• Provide authorized virtual counseling through secure online chat, video communication, or video teleconferencing.
• Coordinate with installation and military branch points of contact, leadership, and other providers.
• Manage duty-to-warn situations, participate in supervision and training, and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an associate degree plus 4 years of experience or a high school diploma plus 6 years of experience may be considered instead.
• At least 3 years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Fluent English required; bilingual English and Spanish may be required by the contract.
• Ability to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass the Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest process.
• One of the following certifications required: AFC, CFP, or ChFC; a valid in-state driver's license is also required.
