What you will do

• Execute manual and automated testing across Agile and Waterfall development environments.
• Validate user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, system enhancements, configuration changes, and new product features.
• Design, execute, maintain, and optimize automated regression, pipeline, and end-to-end test suites.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate defects, missed requirements, process gaps, and production testing concerns.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate testing efforts, advise on quality risks, and contribute to automation-first testing practices.

Requirements

• Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices.
• Experience executing and maintaining automated testing solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn complex technical and procedural information, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• 1+ year of insurance experience in any role.
• Experience with regression and pipeline test automation.
• Exposure to Behavior-Driven Development and Test-Driven Development.
• ASTQB Foundation Testing Certification or the ability to obtain it within twelve months of hire.
