Program Manager

Location: Based at the Bath (Loyalist Township), Ontario location, supporting Bath and Barry’s Bay offices; occasional travel to Barry’s Bay is required. Reliable vehicle and legal authorization to work in Canada are required.

Salary: CAD 32.5 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate one or more employment-service sites and projects.
• Execute site budgets, business plans, quality management plans, service initiatives, and performance targets.
• Lead, support, coach, and hold frontline staff accountable for consistent service delivery.
• Manage reporting, contractual obligations, staff development, and corrective actions.
• Build relationships with employers, community agencies, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Assess local labour markets and community demographics to support program planning and growth.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree from a recognized Canadian institution in Human Services or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in employment services or a related field, including financial management, leadership, and outcome-based projects.
• Experience planning and developing program operations at a supervisory level and building stakeholder partnerships.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, decision-making, communication, coaching, contract, budget, and operational management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Clear Enhanced Police Check and Vulnerable Sector screening are required.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• MCVP, CVP, RRP, or CDP certification.
• French language proficiency; French is required for programs designated as bilingual.
• Experience working with people with disabilities and barriers to employment.
