What you will do

• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and develop scalable digital solutions.
• Analyze financial and commercial processes, identify inefficiencies, and support automation and transformation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics covering revenue, margin, cash flow, backlog, forecasting, and operations.
• Support SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Platform, RPA, Copilot, and other digital tools.
• Improve data quality, governance, and master data management for accurate reporting.
• Create training materials, support change management, and measure transformation value through productivity and financial metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, business analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial processes.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data modeling.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
